All flowers, bouquets, arrangements, and gift items displayed on our website are subject to availability. As flowers are natural and seasonal products, slight variations in colour, size, wrapping, or flower type may occur. If a specific flower or packaging item is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and quality of the arrangement.

3. Pricing

All prices shown on the website are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Prices applicable at the time of checkout will be the final prices charged for your order.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details, including recipient name, address, telephone number, and delivery instructions, are correct before completing the purchase.

5. Payment

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment is incomplete, unauthorised, or flagged as suspicious.

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver orders on the selected date and within the requested delivery timeframe where possible. However, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, public holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be left with a neighbour, building reception, security desk, or in a safe place where appropriate. If redelivery is required due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability, additional charges may apply.

7. Same-Day and Scheduled Orders

Same-day delivery may be available for eligible orders placed before the daily cut-off time. Scheduled orders should be placed with complete and accurate delivery details to avoid delays.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, changes or cancellations may not be possible once preparation has begun or the order has been dispatched. Customised, event-based, and same-day orders may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

9. Refunds and Complaints

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds and returns are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered. If you believe there is an issue with your order, such as damage, quality concerns, or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear supporting photographs where possible. After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial/full refund where appropriate.

10. Special Occasion Orders

During peak floral periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Eid, and other seasonal events, flower availability, delivery timing, and substitution requirements may be affected by high demand. We reserve the right to make suitable substitutions where necessary.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing correct recipient details, delivery information, and contact information. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, invalid telephone numbers, restricted access locations, or missing recipient details.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jardin Des Roses shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or delivery of products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected order.
